My first visit I did a 75 minute session, Lani made sure that I was comfortable with how she was working the knots out of my muscles. I made a second appt for a 90 minute session a few days later and asked if I should try Lomi Lomi. She performed both at the start of the session and I still chose a deep tissue. Lani is very strong for such a small person and if you complain that your deep tissue left you in pain that is your fault. I felt so good afterward. Perfect before my flight out.
